By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern use of the Site only. They do not govern the provision of our Services to clients, which is separately governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or equivalent commercial contract between Predixion AI and the relevant client.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business audiences evaluating or engaging with Predixion AI's products and services. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are accessing the Site for legitimate business purposes.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names (VOIZ, KOLLECT, LEADX, AGENTX), diagrams, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Predixion AI and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand). This limitation does not apply to obligations Predixion AI has separately undertaken under a signed client contract, which is governed by the terms of that contract, nor to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predixion AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before commencing any formal proceeding, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site by written notice to the other party and a period of at least thirty (30) days for good-faith discussion. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not so resolved.

Predixion AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in operating the Site to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power or internet failures, acts of government, or failures of third-party service providers.

12. Termination of Access

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Predixion AI regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Predixion AI.
