Digital Outcomes Technologies Private Limited (“Predixion AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), CIN U72900MH2021PTC360260, operates this website and provides AI-based voice, collections, and lead-engagement products, including VOIZ, KOLLECT, LEADX, and AGENTX (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data of visitors to our website and prospective or existing business contacts, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (together, “DPDP Law”).
This Policy applies to our website and to personal data we collect directly from you as a visitor, prospect, or business contact. It does not apply to personal data that Predixion AI processes on behalf of our enterprise clients (for example, borrower or customer call data processed while delivering VOIZ, KOLLECT, or LEADX to a client) — that processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement between Predixion AI and the relevant client, under which the client acts as Data Fiduciary and Predixion AI acts as Data Processor.
1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data that you choose to provide to us, including:
- Contact details — name, business email address, phone number, company name, and job title, submitted through forms such as “Book a Demo,” “Contact Us,” or newsletter sign-up.
- Communications — any information you share with us over email, phone, or during meetings, including messages sent to our support or sales teams.
- Careers information — if you apply for a role with us, your resume, cover letter, and related application details.
- Usage data — information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, typically collected via cookies or similar technologies.
We collect only the personal data we need for the purposes described in this Policy, and we do not seek to collect financial account numbers, government identity numbers, or similar high-risk information through this website.
2. Why We Process Your Personal Data
We process personal data for the following specified purposes. Where processing is based on your consent, we seek that consent before or at the time of collection, in line with DPDP Law. In certain cases we may also process personal data for a “legitimate use” permitted under DPDP Law — for example, where you have voluntarily provided your data for a specified purpose (such as requesting a demo), or for employment-related purposes where you apply for a role.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide information you have requested about our Services.
- To schedule and conduct product demonstrations or sales conversations.
- To send you marketing or product communications, where you have separately opted in to receive these.
- To evaluate your application if you apply for a position with us.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority.
We use personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected or a purpose reasonably compatible with it, and we do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use personal data collected through this website to train general-purpose machine-learning models.
3. Consent and Your Choices
Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, that consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous, as required under DPDP Law. You may withdraw your consent at any time, with the same ease with which it was given, by writing to us at the contact details in Section 14. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may affect our ability to respond to a request you have made (for example, we cannot schedule a demo you have requested if you withdraw consent to be contacted).
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. Where required, we will present a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set.
5. How We Share Personal Data
We share personal data only as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and only with:
- Service providers who support our website and business operations — for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics providers — who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it solely to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors, such as auditors, lawyers, or insurers, where necessary.
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protections.
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
6. Cross-Border Transfer
Personal data may be processed on servers located outside India by our service providers. DPDP Law permits the transfer of personal data outside India except to countries specifically restricted by the Central Government. As of the date of this Policy, no such restriction list has been notified. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any service provider processing personal data on our behalf, regardless of location, maintains protections consistent with this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. As a general practice:
- Contact and demo-request data is retained for the duration of our business relationship or prospective relationship, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
- Career application data is retained for the duration of the hiring process and a reasonable period thereafter, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Website traffic and log data is retained for a minimum of one year, in line with DPDP Law, for security and investigative purposes, and is deleted thereafter.
Where we no longer have a lawful basis or business need to retain your personal data, we will delete or anonymize it.
8. How We Protect Your Personal Data
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data we hold, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. A summary of our security practices is available in our Information Security Policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities we carry out.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data, where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, or where you withdraw consent.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as described in Section 3.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
We aim to respond to access, correction, and erasure requests within 90 days, in line with DPDP Law. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14.
10. Your Duties
Under DPDP Law, when exercising your rights you agree not to impersonate another person, not to suppress material information, and not to raise a complaint or request that is false or frivolous. You also agree to provide information that is accurate and complete.
